Projects

Glucose Patch Microstrip Antenna
Assisted Dr. Omidvar research to develop optimal impedance and current distribution material for RF transmission in MATLAB and Desmos. Engineered a patch microstrip antenna component for custom PCB with an alumina dielectric biosensor. Calculated theoretical MIP (molecular imprinting technology) stub resonantor frequency at target 24GHz required for increasing glucose sensitivity, improving the non-invasive biosensors reliability.
Tribo Electric Nano Generator
Fabricated a Triboelectric Nanogenerator (TENG) to output electrical energy for components requiring 5V. Optimized particle kinetic energy capture mechanism with a 6-blade turbine by 3D-printing with PLA composite. Achieved a conversion output of 0.7V at 38Hz by utilizing the electro-negativity difference between Copper and PTFE.
Custom Force Syncope-prevention Device
Developed a prolonged syncope-prevention device using a 4.5V solenoid actuator, PulseSensor, MOSFET Regulator and ESP32. Inspired by a friend's concussions symptoms this device prevents prolonged unconscious’s for individuals when alone. With the heart rate sensor when the Delta of the readings drastically chnage the acctuator applies a force in the center of the chest aiming to increase blood preasure.
Custom ESP Thirty-2 Microcontroller
Designed and assembled Custom ESP-32 3D to identify high radio waves emitted from smartphones. Used Altium Designer to create 4-Layer PCB, Schematic, Datasheets and assembly drawings. Coded an analog circuit with AD8318 Radio Frequency sensor in C++ to notify users when frequency exceeds 2.5 GHz. Created a Bill of Materials, Gerber Files and board specifictaion and Created a Bill of Materials, Gerber Files and board specifictaion and contacted JLC-PCB to mannuafcture my design.
Traffic Simulation Optimizer
Developed a product pipeline for Canadian Autonomous ride-share startup Telebotics. Optimized street operations from sensor technology research and models. Collaborated with Masimo Industries to structure real-world trials with golf carts to assess their integration into urban mobility solutions at the Toronto Zoo and other restricted enclosures. Used SolidWorks to design and simulate critical components. Visualized and refine key aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance with Canadian Governmental regulations. I sourced components from DigiKey and incorporated communication protocols into assemblies.
CDR Stock Visualizer
When CIBC introduced Canadian Depository Receipt, it was hard to visualize gains, fees and opportunity cost when investing in weaking Canadian dollar against the US Dollar. I built this visualizer in streamlit supported by Python, to retrieve Y-Finance data and plot the relative growth rate where users can replicate different situations with various broker fees, currency exchange rates, and growth timelines to understand when an optimal time to exist and enter positions. Using Plotly-Express, this compiled multiple calculators into one used for US equites only traded both in the NASDAQ/NYSE and the Canadian NEO Exchange.
Ukraine Confilict Animation
Utilized Adobe After Effects, Animate and Premiere pro to stitch together a VOX inspired animation. Connected with the google maps API and google earth animate feature to acquire main geographic components.
